Shipping policy

We offer free Canada wide standard shipping on contact lens orders. Products other than contact lenses are available for pick up only.

In store pickup is available at Oakville Optometry, 1235 Trafalgar Road, Suite #312, Oakville, Ontario, L6H 3P1 during our business hours for all contact lens, eye care product and gift card orders. If you select in store pickup, we will send you an email when your order is ready. 

After receipt of payment, all orders are processed by Oakville Optometry within four business hours after receiving our order confirmation email. Contact lens orders are then shipped directly from the manufacturer and shipping times vary due to location, volume, product availability, and other unforeseen circumstances.  We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.

We may need to verify information you provide before an order is accepted and may cancel or limit an order any time after it has been placed, including but not limited to the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or other error. If payment already has been made and your order is cancelled or limited, we will refund any payment you made for the product that will not be shipped due to cancellation or limitation of an order to the original payment method.
