If you are not satisfied with your online purchase and need to return it, please contact us at Oakville Optometry at 905-842-1510.
We have a 30-day return policy for online purchases, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unopened/in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it. A purchase receipt is also required. If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact Oakville Optometry immediately at 905-842-1510 if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.
